Stink Stoppers · Operated by Clean Earth Ministry
Terms of Service
Last updated: October 2026
These terms describe bin-cleaning services offered by Stink Stoppers, operated by Clean Earth Ministry ("we," "us," or "our"). When you sign up, the plan details, charges, and any minimum-visit requirement displayed in Jobatory before confirmation are part of your purchase terms.
1. Service plans and published prices
- Every four weeks: starting at $30 per cleaning.
- Every twelve weeks: starting at $45 per cleaning.
- One-time cleaning: starting at $59.
Each cleaning includes up to two standard residential bins, with additional bins starting at $10 each per cleaning. Availability and final prices can vary by service address. The amount and service commitment presented at Jobatory checkout will control for that enrollment.
2. Recurring plans and minimum visits
Recurring plans continue at the selected four-week or twelve-week interval until canceled. Jobatory may require a minimum number of completed visits before a recurring plan can be canceled. Review the specific minimum shown in Jobatory before confirming your enrollment. We are reconciling prior plan descriptions and do not represent that any particular minimum applies to every account.
Current customers remain subject to the terms they previously accepted, except for changes they separately authorize or that applicable law permits.
3. Payments supporting ministry operations
Stink Stoppers is operated by Clean Earth Ministry. Amounts collected through Clean Earth Ministry's Stripe account support the organization's operations, including bin-cleaning services, equipment, supplies, labor, and transportation. Payments required to obtain cleaning services are treated in these terms as charges for those services; they are not represented as tax-deductible charitable contributions.
By completing registration, you authorize the charges, service frequency, and billing schedule disclosed at checkout. Charges may be processed on a date different from the cleaning date, as shown in the customer billing terms.
4. Scheduling and access
Service is subject to route availability and is generally planned around local waste-collection days. Please leave bins accessible and reasonably emptied at the arranged location. We may reschedule cleaning when bins are inaccessible, weather prevents safe work, equipment problems arise, or other reasonable operational constraints occur.
5. Unsafe contents and service limitations
Bins containing hazardous chemicals, medical sharps, dangerous objects, or contents that cannot be handled safely may not be cleaned. Some stains, discoloration, or lasting odors may not be removable. We cannot promise permanent odor elimination or ongoing sanitization after use.
6. Cancellation and changes
You can request cancellation or an account change through available Jobatory customer tools or by emailing info@stink-stoppers.com. Cancellation of recurring service may be subject to the minimum visit requirement and any specifically disclosed billing and timing terms you accepted at enrollment. We will confirm the effective date of cancellation and explain any outstanding amounts for completed services. No new early-termination fee is created by these website terms.
7. Missed or disputed service
If we fail to complete a scheduled cleaning, contact us so we can review the visit and arrange an appropriate rescheduling or billing correction. We do not charge for a service that we fail to provide, except where a separately disclosed and lawful customer-caused missed-service term applies.
8. Price and term changes
Changes to plans or prices apply prospectively and will be disclosed as required by law. We will not retroactively change the material terms of an existing customer agreement without appropriate authorization or another legal basis.
9. Privacy and third-party services
Customer registration, scheduling, payment, and account services may be provided using Jobatory and Stripe. Read our Privacy Policy for more information.
10. Utah law and contact
These terms are subject to applicable Utah and federal law, including mandatory consumer protections. If you have any questions, contact Stink Stoppers, operated by Clean Earth Ministry, Utah County, Utah, at info@stink-stoppers.com.
